 May day celebrations in Nether Wasdale Each May Day Nether Wasdale celebrates the event in the same way it has for years. This years events will be held on Saturday 2rd May 2009 Events will include :
1.00 Children's Fancy Dress
1.30 March with the Whitehaven Band
2.00 Dancing around the Maypole
2.30 Morris Dancing
3.00 Teas and Children's Sports
Tombola, raffles, stalls, ice cream and more!
